(WpHG): ARQUES Industries AG capital increase finalised
Munich, October 29, 2010. The capital increase executed at ARQUES
Industries AG (ISIN DE0005156004) has been successfully completed. After
the relevant registry office registered the capital increase on
October 27,2010, the issued shares were authorised for trading by the
German Stock Exchange today. By way of the capital increase, the company's
authorised capital was increased by EUR 13,216,670 to EUR 39,666,670.
ARQUES Industries AG is an equity investment company focusing on the
restructuring of companies in transitional situations. ARQUES develops
these companies, mainly acquired within the context of company spin-offs,
to competitive enterprises with a positive yield in order to sell these
afterwards with added value.
