Gigaset AG strengthens its Executive Board with Charles Fränkl as CEO
Munich, November 8, 2011 - The Supervisory Board of Gigaset AG today
appointed Charles Fränkl as the new Chief Executive Officer of the leading
European phone manufacturer effective January 1, 2012. The 53-year-old from
Switzerland is an experienced and acknowledged expert in the international
telecommunications and information technology business. Charles Fränkl was
previously the CEO of the Internet payment system company ClickandBuy, a
subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom AG.
