GK Software AG: GK SOFTWARE AG increases turnover in the first half of the year

  • Turnover increases by 13.3 percent in comparison with the same period in the previous year, according to provisional figures

Schöneck, 26 August 2013 – GK SOFTWARE AG was able to increase its turnover by 13.3 percent to a figure of EUR 18.4 million during the first half of 2013 (the figure for the first six months of 2012 was EUR 16.24 million). The Group’s overall results totalled -EUR 0.61 million, following a figure of EUR 2.01 million during the same reporting period in the previous year. The EBIT margin related to sales amounted to -5.6 percent (18.5 percent at the same time in 2012). The loss per share was EUR 0.63.

Based on the information available so far, the Management Board believes that the company could continue to expand its business during the current business year.
