The Company, OBRASCON HUARTE LAIN, S.A. (OHL), in compliance with current legislation, hereby reports the following:

RELEVANT FACT

The Board of Directors of OHL approved the following resolution:

•     To Distribute to OHL shareholders a first gross interim dividend of Euros 0.348981 per share, charged against 2018 earnings.

The dividend will be paid from  6 June 2018, through Banco Santander, S.A., in accordance with the provisions for member entities of Sociedad de Gestión de los Sistemas de Registro, Compensacion y Liquidación de Valores, S.A.(Iberclear).

As a result, OHL shares will go ex-dividend in 4 May 2018.
