Changes in the supervisory board

Berlin, 18 July 2013 . The Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of GSW Immobilien AG, Dr. Jochen Scharpe, has informed the Management Board that he intends to resign his office for personal reasons effective 31 December 2013, and leave the Supervisory Board as at the end of the year.

Dr. Scharpe has been a member of the Supervisory Board of GSW Immobilien AG since 25 March 2010 and has held the office of Deputy Chairman since that time. He is also the Chairman of the Audit Committee, a member of the Executive Committee of the Supervisory Board and a member of the Nomination Committee. Since GSW’s privatisation in 2004, Dr. Scharpe had previously been the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of GSW Immobilien GmbH.

GSW Immobilien AG thanks Dr. Scharpe for his many years of work on the Supervisory Board and his invariably faithful cooperation.
