Press Release Intention of Deutsche Wohnen AG to takeover GSW Immobilien AG Berlin,20 th August 2013. The Board of GSW Immobilien AG has taken note of Deutsche Wohnen’s intention to make an offer to the shareholders of GSW Immobilien AG. This intention has been published by Deutsche Wohnen today according to §10 WpÜG. The Management Board of GSW Immobilien AG will evaluate the currently available information regarding the intended takeover offer and publish a first statement thereafter. Subsequent to the publication of Deutsche Wohnen’s official takeover document, which has to be handed in to German financial supervisory authority (BAFin) within four weeks, the Management Board and the Supervisory Board of GSW Immobilien AG will follow their statutory obligation and thoroughly review the document and make a detailed statement regarding the offer shortly thereafter.
