Michael Zahn is new CEO of GSW – Newly appointed Supervisory Board appoints Michael Zahn and Lars Wittan as additional members of the GSW Immobilien AG Management Board – Michael Zahn is taking on the role of CEO of GSW – Uwe E. Flach will be Chairman of the Supervisory Board Berlin, 15.01.2014. In its constituent meeting today, Wednesday, the newly appointed Supervisory Board of GSW Immobilien AG made the following personnel decisions: The Deutsche Wohnen AG executives, Michael Zahn and Lars Wittan, were appointed as additional members of the GSW Management Board. At the same time, Michael Zahn was named as the new CEO. Responsibilities will be allocated in the weeks to come. The Supervisory Board also elected Uwe E. Flach as the new Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Dr Andreas Kretschmer as the Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
