has notified us pursuant § 21 Para. 1 WpHG that on November 6, 2007 its
voting rights in Hamburger Hafen und Logistik Aktiengesellschaft have
fallen below the threshold of 30 % and 25 % and amount to 20,73 %
(15.053.200 voting rights).
The 20,73 % (15.053.200) voting rights held directly by HHLA
Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH are attributed to HGV Hamburger Gesellschaft
für Vermögens und Beteiligungsmanagement mbH pursuant § 22 Para. 1 Sentence
1 No. 1 WpHG.
The 69,71 % (50.625.000) voting rights of HGV Hamburger Gesellschaft für
Vermögens und Beteiligungsmanagement mbH (including the 20,73 % (15.053.200
voting rights), held directly by HHLA Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH) are
attributed to the Freie und Hansestadt Hamburg pursuant § 22 Para. 1
Sentence 1 No. 1 WpHG.
