of the admission to trading of the shares) its voting rights in Hamburger
Hafen und Logistik Aktiengesellschaft amounted to 47,82 % (34.728.200
voting rights).
The 47,82 % (34.728.200) voting rights held directly by HHLA
Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH are attributed to HGV Hamburger Gesellschaft
für Vermögens und Beteiligungsmanagement mbH pursuant § 22 Para. 1 Sentence
1 No. 1 WpHG.
The 96,80 % (70.300.000) voting rights of HGV Hamburger Gesellschaft für
Vermögens und Beteiligungsmanagement mbH (including the 47,82 %
(34.728.200) voting rights, held directly by HHLA Beteiligungsgesellschaft
mbH) are attributed to the Freie und Hansestadt Hamburg pursuant § 22 Para.
1 Sentence 1 No. 1 WpHG.
