Hamburg, Germany, and that their share of voting rights amounts to 3.25 %
(corresponds to 2,358,464 shares) as of that date.
Thereof 1.01 % (734,638 voting rights) are attributed pursuant to Sec. 22

Thereof 2.23 % (1,623,826 voting rights) are attributed pursuant to Sec. 22
para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 and
