Pursuant to LR 9.6.11R(3) of the FCA listing rules, Smurfit Kappa Group plc (the 'Group'), announces that Kaisa Hietala, Non-executive Director of the Group, succeeds Gonzalo Restrepo, Non-executive Director of the Group, as its Senior Independent Director, effective 10 October 2022. Gonzalo Restrepo continues as a Non-executive Director of the Group.
