Board Changes
Pursuant to LR 9.6.11R(2) of the FCA listing rules, Smurfit Kappa Group plc, announces the upcoming retirement of two independent Non-executive Directors from its board of directors (the 'Board').
Mr John Moloney and Mr Gonzalo Restrepo, both independent Non-executive Directors, have each indicated to the Board that they will not seek re-election at the Group's Annual General Meeting to be held on 28 April 2023 and will step down from the Board on that date.
