Kingspan Group plc ("Kingspan") announces competition approval obtained for the acquisition of a majority stake in Steico SE
Further to its announcement on 17 July 2023 (RNS No. 2908GT) Kingspan is pleased to announce that it has now received unconditional regulatory clearance in relation to the acquisition of a majority stake in Steico SE from Schramek GmbH. The transaction is expected to complete in early January 2024.
