Notice of 2022 AGM & Directorate Change
Dublin-Ireland, 26 April 2022: Malin Corporation plc. (Euronext Growth Dublin:MLC) ("Malin", the "Company"), a company investing in highly innovative life sciences companies, announces that the Letter from the Chair, Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and Form of Proxy have been issued to shareholders. An electronic copy of all documents is also available on the Company's website at www.malinplc.com.
Malin's 2022 AGM will be held in the Conrad Dublin Hotel, Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin 2, D02 V562, Ireland at 10:00am Irish Standard Time/BST on Friday, 27 May 2022.
The Notice of AGM sets out the resolutions to be proposed at the AGM and the processes by which shareholders may vote in connection with the AGM.
In addition, a teleconference facility will be available to any shareholders not in physical attendance at the AGM to listen remotely to the proceedings of the meeting, using the following details:

The Company also announces that Christopher Pedrick (45) has been appointed to the board of directors of Malin and Luke Corning has resigned from the board, both with immediate effect. Mr Pedrick is head of the Equity Capital Markets Group at Pentwater Capital Management LP group ("Pentwater"). Pentwater holds 28.6% of the Issued Ordinary Share Capital of Malin. Prior to joining Pentwater, Mr Pedrick held a number of senior investment management positions in the UK and US. He has a B.A. in Economics from Dartmouth College.

Other than as set out above, there are no other matters required to be disclosed pursuant to the Euronext Growth Markets Rule Book as regards the appointment of Christopher Pedrick.
