Committee Changes

11 December 2025- Glanbia plc ("Glanbia" or the "Company"), the Better Nutrition company, announces that following the announcement on 13 August 2025, of the appointment of Paul Duffy as Chair of the Company with effect from 1 January 2026, the following changes will take place on 31 December 2025:

·      Paul Duffy will step down as Chair and as a member of the Audit Committee;

·      Senan Murphy will become Chair of the Audit Committee; and

·      Paul Duffy will become Chair of the Nomination and Governance Committee.
