Dublin, Ireland - 31 May 2022: In conformity with Regulation 20 of the Transparency Directive (2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007 (as amended), Datalex plc (the "Company") (Euronext Growth Dublin: DLE) announces that:

The total number of Ordinary Shares of US$0.10 each in issue as at the date of this notice is 132,677,009. Each Ordinary Share carries one vote. There are no ordinary shares held in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights is 132,677,009.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the Transparency (Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007 (as amended) and the Transparency Rules.
