Announcement of Cancellation of Ordinary Shares
Donegal Investment Group announces that the Board has approved the Cancellation of 1,065,626 of the Company's issued Ordinary Share Capital.
Following the Cancellation, the Company's issued Ordinary Share Capital is 3,695,181 Ordinary Shares with 100,000 Ordinary Shares held as Treasury shares and Ordinary Shares Outstanding as at the time of this announcement being 3,595,181.
Treasury shares represent 2.7 per cent of the Company's issued Ordinary Share Capital post the Cancellation and it is the Board's intention to use these Treasury shares to satisfy outstanding Share Options as they are exercised.
