Donegal Investment Group ("the Company") announces that on 14th March 2025, it made an on-market purchase of 189 Ordinary Shares at a price of €16.50 per Ordinary share. These repurchased shares will be held in treasury.
Following the transaction, the Company's share capital comprises:
1,228,242 Issued Ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares)
3,829 Ordinary shares held in treasury
1,232,071 Issued Ordinary shares (including treasury shares)
