Change in Director Responsibilities in FBD Holdings plc and FBD Insurance plc

FBD Holdings plc ("FBD") and FBD Insurance plc are pleased to announce the following changes in Director Responsibilities.

Ms Sylvia Cronin has been appointed as Senior Independent Director of FBD Holdings plc and FBD Insurance plc with immediate effect. 

Ms Olive Gaughan has been appointed as Director for Engagement with the Workforce for FBD Holdings plc and FBD Insurance plc with immediate effect. 

Mr Jim Bergin has been appointed as a member of the Nomination and Governance Committee and as a member of the Remuneration Committee in FBD Holdings plc and FBD Insurance plc with immediate effect.

FBD Chair, Mr Liam Herlihy, said:

"On behalf of the Board, I am very pleased to announce these changes in responsibilities. These are exciting new roles for Sylvia, Olive, and Jim and I believe that they are all very well suited to carry out the duties required.
