Appointment of Independent Non-Executive Director
FBD Holdings plc ("FBD") and FBD Insurance plc today announces the appointment of Ms Silvia Milián Bon as an Independent Non-Executive Director of both FBD Holdings plc and FBD Insurance plc with immediate effect.
Ms Silvia Milián Bon has over 25 years' experience in the insurance industry spanning multiple areas including strategy, consulting, technology and digital transformation. She was a Managing Director with Accenture before stepping down from her executive career in 2023 to focus on non-executive interests. Prior to this, Ms Milián Bon held several senior international positions with Accenture. Currently Ms Milián Bon holds advisory board and senior advisor positions at several financial services organisations, consulting firms and technology companies.

This announcement is made in accordance with Rule 6.1.5 of the Euronext Dublin Listing Rules. The Group confirms that there are no other matters requiring disclosure under Rule 6.1.7 of the Euronext Dublin Listing Rules.
