Directorate change - Chief Financial Officer
HealthBeacon plc ("HealthBeacon" or "the Company"), a leader in devices and software to manage critical and chronic medications, today announces that, Laurence Flavin, Chief Financial Officer, has informed the Board of his intention to leave the Company. Laurence will step down as Executive Director, Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of HealthBeacon within the next six months.
A process to appoint a successor is now underway in line with Board succession planning and Laurence will work with the Chief Executive and the Board to ensure an orderly transition.
