Dublin 1^st February 2023 - HealthBeacon plc ("HealthBeacon" or "the Company"), a leader in devices and software to manage critical and chronic medications, today announces that, Orla O'Gorman, Independent Non-Executive Director, has informed the Board of her intention to step down from the Board effective immediately.
