Bank of Ireland Group plc ("the Group") announces that subject to approval by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting on 23 May 2024, the proposed final dividend for 2023 of 60.0 cent per share which was announced by the Group on 26 February 2024, will be paid on 11 June 2024 to shareholders on the register on 10 May 2024.
