according to Article 21, Section 1 WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights
on HanseYachts AG, Greifswald, Deutschland, ISIN: DE000A0KF6M8, WKN:
A0KF6M, have exceeded the 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25% and 30% limit of the
Voting Rights on March 08, 2007 and now amount to 35.94% (this corresponds
to 2300000 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 WpHG, 9.38% of the
voting_rights (this corresponds to 600000 voting rights) is to be
