Voting Rights on HanseYachts AG, Greifswald, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE000A0KF6M8, WKN: A0KF6M, have fallen below the 30%, 25%, 20%, 15%, 10%,
5% and 3% limit of the Voting Rights on March 12, 2007 and now amount to
2.44% (this corresponds to 156355 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 WpHG, 2.44% of the
voting_rights (this corresponds to 156355 voting rights) is to be
attributed to the company from M.M. Warburg & CO KGaA
