4.6875% of the voting rights (i.e. 300,000 shares with voting rights out of
a total of 6,400,000 shares with voting rights) in Hanse Yachts AG pursuant
to § 21 para, 1 a WpHG.
The voting rights in these shares were attributed to Lloyds TS8 Bank plc
pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6, para. 1 sent. 2 WpHG.
Out of these voting rights:
* 0.0247% of the voting rights (i.e. 1,580 shares with voting rights) were
attributed to Lloyds TSB Bank plc pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1
WpHG.
* 0.0540% of the voting rights (i.e. 3,456 shares with voting rights) were
attributed to Lloyds TSB Bank plc pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sent. no. 2,
para, 1 sent. 2 WpHG.
Name of the shareholder holding directly 3% or more which are attributed to
the notifier. Scottish Widows Overseas Growth Investment Funds ICVC.
2 On 08 March 2007, Scottish Widows Group Limited, Edinburgh, United
Kingdom, held 4.6875% of the voting rights (i.e. 300,000 shares with voting
rights out of a total of 6,400,000 shares with voting rights) in Hanse
Yachts AG pursuant to § 21 para. 1 a WpHG.
The voting rights in these shares were attributed to Scottish Widows Group
Limited pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sent-1 no. 6, para. 1 sent. 2 WpHG.
Out of these voting rights:
- 0.0247% of the voting rights (i.e. 1,580 shares with voting rights)
were attributed to Scottish Widows Group Limited pursuant to § 22 para.
1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG.
- 0.0540% of the voting rights (i.e. 3,456 shares with voting rights)

- 0.0247% of these voting rights (i.e. 1,580 shares with voting rights)
were attributed to Scottish Widows Financial Services Holdings pursuant
to § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG.
- 4.6628% of these voting rights (i.e. 298,420 shares with voting rights)

entspricht300.000 Stimmrechte von insgesamt of 6.400.000 Stimmrechten) von
Hanse Yachts AG gemäß § 21 Abs. 1 a WpHG.
Diese Sitmmrechte sind Lloyds Banking Group plc nach § 22 Abs. 1 S. 1 Nr.
6, Abs. 1 S. 2 WpHG zuzurechnen.
Von diesen Stimmrechten:
* 0,0247% der Stimmrechte ( das entspricht 1.580 Stimmrechten ) sind Lloyds
