1. On 22 October 2007, Lloyds Banking Group plc , Edinburgh, United
Kingdom, (formerly Lloyds TSB Group plc) fell below the 3% threshold set
out in § 21 para. 1 WpHG by reference to the holding of 2.9858% of the
voting rights (i.e. 191,091 shares with voting rights out of a total of
6,400.000 shares with voting rights) in Hanse Yachts AG
The voting rights in these shares were attributed to Lloyds Banking Group
plc pursuant to § 22 para 1 sent. 1 no. 6, para. 1 sentence 2 WpHG.
Out of these voting rights 0.0306% of the voting rights (i.e. 1,959 shares
with voting rights) were attributed to Lloyds Banking Group plc pursuant to
§ 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 2, para 1 sent 2 WpHG.
2. Lloyds TSB Bank plc, London, United Kingdom, fell below the 3% threshold
set out in § 21 para. 1 WpHG on 22 October 2007 by reference to the holding
of 2.9858% of the voting rights (i.e. 191.091 shares with voting rights out
of a total of 6,400,000 shares with voting rights) in Hanse Yachts AG.
The voting rights in these shares were attributed to Lloyds TSB Bank plc
pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 para. 1 sent 2 WpHG.
Out of these voting rights 0.0306% of the voting rights (i.e. 1,959 shares
with voting rights) were attributed to Lloyds TSB Bank plc pursuant to § 22
para. 1 sent. 1 no. 2, para. 1 sent. 2 WpHG.
3. Scottish Widows Group Limited, Edinburg, United Kingdom, fell below the
3% threshold set out in § 21 para. WpHG on 22 October 2007 by reference to
the holding of 2.9858% of the voting rights (i.e. 191,091 shares with
voting rights out of a total of 6,400,000 shares with voting rights) in
Hanse Yachts AG.
The voting rights in these shares were attributed to Scottish Widows Group
Limited pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6. para. 1 sent. 2 WpHG.

by reference to the holding of 2.9858% of the voting rights (i.e. 191.091
shares with voting rights out of a total of 6,400,000 shares with voting
rights) in Hanse Yachts AG.
The voting rights in these shares were attributed to Scottish Widows
Financial Services Holdings pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6, para. 1
sent. 2 WpHG.
Out of these voting rights, 0.0306% of the voting rights (i.e. 1,959 shares
with voting rights) were also attributed to Scottish Widows Financial
Services Holdings pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no, 2, para. 1 sent. 2
WpHG.
5. Scottish Widows plc, Edinburgh, United Kingdom, fell below the 3%
threshold set out in § 21 para. 1 WpHG on 22 October 2007 by reference to
the holding of 2.9858% of the voting rights (i.e. 191,091 shares with
voting rights out of a total of 6,400,000 shares with voting rights) in
Hanse Yachts AG.
The voting rights in these shares were attributed to Scottish Widows plc
pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sent 1 no. 6, para, l sent. 2 WpHG.

fell below the 3% threshold set out in § 21 para. 1 WpHG on 22 October 2007
by reference to the holding of 2.9858% of the voting rights (i.e. 191,091

rights) in Hanse Yachts AG.
The voting rights in these shares were attributed to Scottish Widows Unit
Trust Managers Limited pursuant to § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.
7. Scottish Widows Investment Partnership Group Limited, London, United
Kingdom, fell below the 3% threshold set out in § 21 para. 1 WpHG on 22
October 2007 by reference to the holding of 2.9858% of the voting rights
(i.e. 191,091 shares with voting rights out of a total of 6,400,000 shares
with voting rights) in Hanse Yachts AG.
The voting rights in these shares were attributed to Scottish Widows

fell below the 3% threshold set out in § 21 para. 1 WpHG on 22 October 2007

shares with voting rights out of a total of 6,400,000 shares with voting
rights) in Hanse Yachts AG.
The voting rights in these shares were attributed to Scottish Widows

9. Scottish Widows Overseas Growth Investment Funds ICVC, Edinburgh, United
Kingdom, fell below the 3% threshold of § 21 pars. 1 WpHG on 22 October
2007 end at that date held 2.9858% of the voting rights (i.e. 191,091
shares with voting rights out of a total of 6,400,000 shares with voting
rights) in Hanse Yachts AG pursuant to § 21 para. 1 WpHG.
