RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

CRH plc announces that on 12^th November 2014 it transferred to a participant in an employee share scheme 800 Ordinary Shares at a price of €16.58 per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transaction, CRH plc holds 3,918,961 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.  The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 740,606,975.
