Pursuant to paragraph 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules, CRH plc hereby notifies the following in relation to Mr. William J. Teuber, Jr., who has been appointed a Director of the Company with effect from 3rd March 2016:
1. Mr. Teuber is a director of Inovalon Holdings, Inc. and Popular, Inc. He has not been a director of any other publicly listed company in the last five years.
2. There are no details requiring disclosure for Mr. Teuber under paragraph 9.6.13 (2) to (6).
