RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

CRH plc announces that yesterday, 25^th March 2020, it transferred to the Trustees of the CRH plc Employee Benefit Trust 1,118,817 Ordinary Shares at a price of €19.47 per Ordinary Share for the purpose of satisfying vested awards made under the CRH 2014 Performance Share Plan.

Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 14,829,859 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.  The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 784,810,479.
