RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES
CRH plc announces that today, 4th March 2024, it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 1,587 Ordinary Shares at a price of €23.39, and at prices between £20.11 and £31.04, per Ordinary Share.
Following the above transaction, CRH plc holds 41,197,243 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 689,566,437.
