RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES
CRH plc announces that today, 4th April 2024, it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 2,018 Ordinary Shares at a price of €24.24, and at prices between £20.11 and £31.04, per Ordinary Share.
Following the above transaction, CRH plc holds 41,195,225 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 688,071,083.
