RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

CRH plc announces that today, 5^th July 2024, it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 8,824 Ordinary Shares at a price of €24.24 per Ordinary Shares, and at prices between £20.11 and £31.04 per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transaction, CRH plc holds 41,144,948 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 683,772,319.
