CRH plc announces that today, 9th December 2024, it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 2,369 Ordinary Shares at a price of €24.24 per Ordinary Share.
Following the above transaction, CRH plc holds 41,086,072 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 678,176,320 .
