RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

CRH plc announces that today, 5^th January 2026, it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 31,651 Ordinary Shares at prices of £25.55 and £31.04 per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transaction, CRH plc holds 38,011,889 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 668,902,853.
