Acquisition of treasury shares
Based on the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d. d., Ljubljana and Article 2 of the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 CINKARNA Celje, d. d. announces:
With a reference to the public notice from 10 July 2024, CINKARNA Celje, d. d. is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 5 August 2024 up to and including 9 August 2024.
CINKARNA Celje, d. d. acquired 2760 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 64,383.00 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:
- on 5 August 2024 910 shares at a VWAP of EUR 22.75,
- on 7 August 2024 920 shares at a VWAP of EUR 23.42,
- on 8 August 2024 930 shares at a VWAP of EUR 23.80,
Price is calculated as volume weighted average price (VWAP).

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 279010 representing 3.45 % of all shares issued.
