Acquisition of treasury shares
With a reference to the public notice from 25 July 2014, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 25 November 2016 up to and including 1 December 2016. Krka acquired 9,905 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 510,189 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:
- 25 November 1,663 shares, average weighted price 54.38 EUR,
- 28 November 1,706 shares, average weighted price 53.15 EUR,
- 29 November 1,984 shares, average weighted price 51.62 EUR,
- 30 November 2,185 shares, average weighted price 50.58 EUR,
- 1 December 2,367 shares, average weighted price 49.07 EUR.
SKB d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions.
The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 441,184 representing 1.345% of all shares issued.
The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 451,089 representing 1.376% of all shares issued.
