The Sales Director of Krka, d.d., Novo mesto, Mr Damjan Možina, informed the company that on 19 September 2017 he sold 800 shares of the company with the symbol KRKG (ISIN: SI0031102120) for his own account on the official market of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange at a weighted average price of EUR 55.26:
- 500 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 55.30,
- 265 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 55.20 and
- 35 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 55.25.
The transactions are not linked to the exercise of a share option programme.
