Acquisition of treasury shares
With a reference to the public notice from 28 July 2017, Krka is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 14 September 2018 up to and including 20 September 2018. Krka acquired 5,682 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 320,661 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:
- on 14 September 2018: 1,107 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 56.40
- on 17 September 2018: 1,136 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 56.40
- on 18 September 2018: 1,245 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 56.46
- on 19 September 2018: 939 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 56.27 and
- on 14 September 2018: 1,258 shares at a weighted average price of EUR 56.60
SKB d.d. and NLB d.d. were brokers in these transactions.
The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 809,058 representing 2.467% of all shares issued.
The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 814,740 representing 2.484% of all shares issued.
