Pursuant to Article 70 of the Companies Act (ZGD-1), Article 26 of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d. d., Ljubljana and the provisions of the Slovenian Corporate Governance Code, company Krka, d. d., Novo mesto publishes a Statement of Compliance with the Provisions of the Corporate Governance Code.
The notice will be published on the company's website (www.krka.biz) from 13 April 2023 onwards, for a period of at least 5 years.
