Appointment of the president of the Supervisory board
On the basis of the Rules of Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the Financial Instruments Market Act RS, Luka Koper d.d. publishes the following information:
Luka Koper, d.d. informs the interested public that on the constitutive session of the Supervisory board of Luka Koper, d.d. held on 14th July 2017, Capt. Rado Antolovič was appointed president of the Supervisory board, while Mr. Uroš Ilić was appointed deputy president of the Supervisory board.
On the same session the Supervisory board nominated the following committees:
- audit committee
- human resources committee
- committee for organisation and processes
- investment committee
In addition, the Supervisory board adopted its working plan.
