Appointment of the president of the Supervisory board
On the basis of the Rules of Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the Financial Instruments Market Act RS, Luka Koper d.d. publishes the following information:
Luka Koper, d.d. informs the interested public that the Supervisory board of Luka Koper, d.d. held today its first session with new members. At the first, founding session, the members elected Mirko Bandelj as president, and Tomaž Benčina as deputy president of the Supervisory board. All three committees of the Supervisory board - audit, HR and business - were also newly formed.
