Proposal for appropriation of 2023 distributable profit
On the basis of the Rules of Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the Financial Instruments Market Act RS, Luka Koper d.d. publishes the following information:
At its meeting held on 18th April 2024 the Supervisory Board of Luka Koper, d.d. considered a proposal for the appropriation of distributable profit which the Management Board and the Supervisory Board will propose to the General Meeting of Shareholders for approval.
The Management Board and the Supervisory Board proposed the following appropriation of the distributable profit, which amounted to EUR 43.878.553,17as at 31 December 2023:
- a part of distributable profit in the amount of EUR 28.000.000,00 shall be allocated for the paying out of dividends in the gross amount of EUR 2,00 per ordinary share;
- the remaining portion of distributable profit in the amount of EUR 15.878.553,17 shall remain undistributed.
