Sava Re Signed Contract to Acquire NLB Nov penziski fond AD Skopje
Pursuant to the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d.d., Ljubljana and the Market in Financial Instruments Act, Sava Re, d.d., Dunajska 56, Ljubljana hereby announces the following:
Sava Re, d.d. publishes amendments to the announcement released on 12 December 2017 at 13:00 (linked document no. INI-1216/17):
On Tuesday, 12 December 2017, NLB d.d. Ljubljana and NLB banka AD Skopje, as the seller, and Sava Re, d.d., as the purchaser, signed a purchase contract for all the shares of NLB Nov penziski fond AD Skopje. The ownership of the target company shares will be transferred to the acquirer after all suspensive conditions (regulatory approvals) have been satisfied.
This announcement will also be available on the Company’s website at www.sava-re.si, at least five years from the date of the announcement.
