Amendment to financial calendar 2020
Pursuant to the rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d., Ljubljana, and applicable legislation, Sava Re d.d., announces the following:
Sava Re d.d. has made an amendment to its 2020 financial calendar. The date of the 36th general meeting of shareholders has been postponed to 16 June 2020. The general meeting has been postponed to increase the possibility that the meeting can be held with the physical presence of shareholders.
This announcement will also be available on the Company’s website, at www.sava-re.si, for at least five years from the date of this announcement.
