Notification of managers' transactions in POSR shares
Pursuant to the rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d. Ljubljana and the Market in Financial Instruments Act, Sava Re d.d., Dunajska 56, 1000 Ljubljana (also the Company) makes the following announcement:
On 30 May 2022, Marko Jazbec, chairman of the Sava Re management board, acquired 635 POSR shares for a total amount of EUR 17,224.50, representing 0.0037% of issued shares and 0.0041% of the shares outstanding. After this transaction, Marko Jazbec holds 11,000 POSR shares, and his voting power has increased from 0.060% to 0.071%.
This announcement will also be available on the Company’s website, at www.sava-re.si, at least five years from the date of the announcement.
