Notification on transactions of the Member of the Supervisory Board with TLSG shares
Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova ulica 15, Ljubljana, hereby informs that Aleksander Igličar, member of the Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., on 31 January 2022 bought 150 shares of the company with the symbol TLSG at the price EUR 58,80 per share in the total value of EUR 8.820,00.
The ordinary TLSG shares were purchased on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. After the said transaction Aleksander Igličar holds 150 shares with the TLSG ticker symbol.
This announcement will also be available on the company’s website (www.telekom.si) for a period of at least 5 years.
