Appointment of the director of Avtenta, d.o.o.
Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova 15, Ljubljana, hereby publishes the following notification:
On 13 February 2023 the Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d. gave its approval to the appointment of Matija Nendl for the director of Avtenta, napredne poslovne rešitve, d.o.o., as of 1 April 2023 for a four-year term.
The announcement will also be available on the company’s website (www.telekom.si), for at least five years after publication.
