We would like to inform you that on 11 December 2023 the following members of the Management Board of Zavarovalnica Triglav d.d. bought ordinary shares of the Company with the ZVTG ticker symbol and ISIN code SI0021111651, the issuer’s LEI code is 549300KGI78MKHO38N42:
- Andrej Slapar, President of the Management Board of Zavarovalnica Triglav d.d., bought 450 ZVTG shares at the price of EUR 30.70 in the total value of EUR 13,815.00. After said transaction, he holds 1,350 shares with the ZVTG ticker symbol.
