Notification of transactions relating to the ZVTG shares conducted by Management Board members

We would like to inform you that on 23 August 2024 the following members of the Management Board of Zavarovalnica Triglav d.d. bought ordinary shares of the Company with the ZVTG ticker symbol and ISIN code SI0021111651, the issuer’s LEI code is 549300KGI78MKHO38N42:
- Andrej Slapar, President of the Management Board of Zavarovalnica Triglav d.d., bought 450 ZVTG shares at the weighted average price of EUR 39.00 in the total value of EUR 17,550.00. After said transaction, he holds 1,800 shares with the ZVTG ticker symbol.
- Uroš Ivanc, Member of the Management Board of Zavarovalnica Triglav d.d., bought 267 ZVTG shares at the weighted average price of EUR 38.94 in the total value of EUR 10,396.20. After said transaction, he holds 1,042 shares with the ZVTG ticker symbol.
